Shipping policy
At Canine Connection, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you, and we are committed to ensuring that your items are delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Timeframe
Our standard shipping timeframe is 2 to 4 weeks (from the date the order has shipped). At times we may experience situations which are out of our control, resulting in potential delays in getting your order to you. These may be due to high volume orders or postal service problems. We know that you and your canine buddy are keen to receive your new product/s and we will always do our very best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@canineconnection.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use your tracking number to check the status of your order here. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over AU$80. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers around the world. Please note that international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping due to customs clearance procedures. Additionally, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes (including VAT), imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Canine Connection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Please note that our carriers DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes. To ensure your order reaches you, please include your full street address.
Once an order has shipped and is in the carrier's possession, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages or damage that occurs during transit.
